I offer one-on-one personal training in a single session, 10 sessions, 20 sessions or 30 session packs. The larger the package, the better the deal of the per session price. All sessions are for 1 hour.
For those that are interested in quality personal training but have a friend or family member/members that they can team up with, my group training packages are a great way to incorporate a personal training program at a discounted price vs one-on-one training. I offer these packages in 5 or 10 sessions for 2 or 3 people.
My most popular small group training program is WOW - Women on Weights. This registered women's only program will challenge you in a fun, engaging, judgement-free environment with safe, effective instruction. With a maximum of 3 participants, receive one-on-one attention at a fraction of the cost of personal training. Classes will focus primarily on resistance training and is suitable for all fitness and experience levels. WOW runs on specifics dates and I run a Monday/Wednesday/Friday morning session at 9:30AM for 1 hour and a beginners class at 11AM for 1 hour, as well as a Tuesday/Thursday evening session at 6:45PM for 1 hour. I also offer a Training 101 package for someone who is unsure about committing to a larger one-on-one package. It includes 4 - 1 hour one-on-one personal training sessions, as well as a program design that I will develop to your catered needs.
