This inclusive 15 week small group (up to 10 people total), health, fitness and weight management program will give you the tools and support to reach your personal goals. Included in this program are 3 small group workouts per week, weekly check ins for accountability, individual before and after consultations that include: a fitness evaluation that includes body composition testing, learn how to use a free fitness app to record and monitor daily food and exercise; as well as SMART goal setting. Among many other weekly topics, learn to meal prep healthy meals, move more, reduce stress, and prioritize self-care.
There is a $100 registration fee due at our initial consultation. You may choose to make 4 equal payments of $315, due on the first class of each month OR pay for the entire program $1,260 + $100 registration fee at our initial consultation. Measured Success is a Registered Program so it will run 100% on the dates advertised. No refunds.
I am a firm believer in the body positive or health at every size movement. In this program, there are no weigh-ins or fad dieting. The focus is on building habits that support health and well-being, which fosters a positive body image. "Research suggests that having a positive body image is actually protective against weight gain because people are more likely to treat their bodies well when they are comfortable in them (i.e. eating a balanced diet, engaging in physical activity, sleeping more). In addition, research shows that having self-compassion can lead to better health and quality of life." (Attie & Brookes-Gunn, 1989; Stice & Shaw, 2002).
