This women's only registered small group training program will challenge you in a fun, engaging, judgement-free environment with safe, effective instruction. With a maximum of 4 participants, receive one on one attention at a fraction of the cost of personal training. Classes will focus primarily on resistance training and is suitable for all fitness and experience levels (must complete a health screening questionnaire and/or have clearance from your physician prior to participation).
Women on Weights is a Registered Program so it will run 100% on the dates advertised. No refunds.

This Women on Weights program runs on Monday / Wednesday / Friday from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM. Maximum 4 participants per group. $30 per session. 11 sessions in total. $330 total due by the first class or e-transfer to secure your spot.
Classes will run on March 1, 4, 6, 8, 11, 13, 18, 20, 22, 25 and 27. *No classes Friday, March 15 and Friday, March 29th.
This Women on Weights program runs on Tuesday / Thursday from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Maximum 4 participants per group. $30 per session. 8 sessions in total. $240 total due by the first class or e-transfer to secure your spot.
Classes will run on March 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26, and 28.
This Women on Weights program runs on Tuesday / Thursday from 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM. Maximum 4 participants per group. $30 per session. 8 sessions in total. $240 total due by the first class or e-transfer to secure your spot.
